I'm Gill, and I've been helping people manage their weight for more than 20 years. I've been managing my own for even longer!
I started Lighter Weighs because I want to help people like me, who find that reaching and maintaining a healthy weight can be tricky. I wanted it to be simple, fun, and easy going. Most of all I wanted it to be a community.
You're part of that community now, with access to all the knowledge, inspiration, ideas and support that brings. It's lovely to have you here.
HOW LIGHTER WEIGHS WORKS
We all know a little of what you fancy does you good. That's why our plan is based on healthy eating all the time, but with the ability to budget for special occasions - like when you really, really need a treat!
We'll show you how to build a new attitude to food, with easy and delicious ways to balance your calorie intake and nutrition without denying yourself on weekends, nights out and other special occasions.
We have a handy range of pre-planned days to help you manage those difficult weeks, and a huge range of recipes to keep you inspired. Plus a wonderful community of people just like you who help and support each other all the way.
