We've launched Slimline for people who would love some extra support with managing their weight, but who struggle to:

  • Find a time that works with their shifts

  • Sort out childcare

  • Find the spare time in their day

It's also great for anyone who has to skip their regular class now and then. 

We're bringing Lighter Weighs to you.

You get the same easy-to-follow plans and delicious recipes as class members, but you also get a one-to-one call, at a time that suits you, with class manager Gill. Plus you'll join a dedicated messenger group that gives you a sense of community support.

The service isn't new - it's been running in some areas for more than three years and it's proved so popular that we're rolling it out for anyone who thinks it would benefit them. 


Here's how it works:

  • You hop on the scales on Monday and take a picture of your weight. Send the pic to Gill via private message by 6pm. 

  • Use the record cards in your Slimline Plus pack to keep a note of your weight.

  • Gill will call you on Tuesday within a time frame you've agreed to chat through your weekly results and offer hints, tips, support and encouragement for the week to come. 

Simple, isn't it? 

It costs just £10 for the Lighter Weighs eating plan, and a four, eight or twelve week block of sessions costs £16, £30, or £43 respectively.
