A different way to weigh!

Unprecedented times have been affecting us all in very different ways - me included.

Who knew we’d still be in lockdown all these weeks later? Not me, that's for sure. So rather than leave you out there on your own any longer, it’s time to try a different type of class.

I’ve been running virtual weigh-ins since lockdown began, as well as ‘Live at Five’ Facebook broadcasts. And that's been fun, but it’s time to put some structure back in our weigh in weeks - and to be there for more of our members.

That's why I'm offering a four week block of Zoom meetings to members who miss the class experience, starting from Monday 1st June.

Each class will have eight members to begin with.  After a five-minute welcome and wave to let everyone catch up, I'll do my chat, complete with PowerPoint presentation. Then we'll have a question and answer session for anyone who wants to take part.

Oh, and don't worry - you'll send me your scale readings separately, so we won't be sharing losses or gains unless we want to!

Once we're done, I'll send all ‘Zoomies' the recipe of the week.

There'll be a small charge of £12 for the four week block. Once you've paid I'll send you the weekly sign in details and its up to you to get there, just like classes in real life!
