I'm fat and fed up! I've had a great Christmas and New Year but I've put on more weight.
Time to draw the line and 'fess up.
I love food.
I've kinda gone off alcohol which is no bad thing, not going to manage dry January but going for a slightly moist January!😏🤣
It's my 29th anniversary of my 21st birthday this year so I've got until October to sort myself out.😟
Following the Lighter Weighs plan means you don't have to do without your favourite things, just not enjoying them every minute of every day!
As Covid restrictions are currently in place, all our classes will be on a weigh and go basis only until rules are relaxed.
Mask wearing, sanitising and social distancing would be appreciated and if there seem to be more people in the room than is safe, managers will ask that you wait outside. Please do not be offended, we're just protecting our members and ourselves.
We understand you will be desperate to get back to class and we're looking forward to seeing you all very soon....the sooner the better!! x
