Easy Peasy Pepperoni Pizza
Cover a mini wrap with tomato puree, sprinkle with oregano, layer with tomato, onion and six pizza pepperoni slices. Top with 30g fresh half fat mozzarella and pop into a heated oven.
Once the cheese has melted stick it under the grill to brown the cheese.
Coleslaw-grate carrot and cabbage, add 15g light mayo and 15g light salad cream, season to taste.
I always think the coleslaw is better fresh as it can go runny if left too long. I grate enough carrot and cabbage for a few days and fling it together before serving. DO NOT add onion and leave overnight as onion can cause it to go off very quickly.
